Lovely staff! everybody is so friendly and helpful! Nice and clean place! the atmosphere of this hotel is so relaxing and calm. Dining area is bright and comfy, it a pleasure to eat and work there. The breakfast is good and there is coffee machine which you can always use fore very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place, it awesome!!!

The staff was really kind. As they had to close the hotel because of the protests, they organized my move to another hotel and paid for it. It could have been a stressful situation but they handled it with efficiency and courtesy.

Met expected quality for a budget stay, the crew was nice and helpful, and the localisation was good for my purposes (nearby UoL northern campus).

Close to the route to the Alps. Clean , quiet with secure underground parking. Good breakfast.
